The PENS - Percutaneous Electrical Neuro-Stimulator is an FDA-cleared Class II Medical by Device Division of Neuromodulation and Physical Medicine Device designed to treat chronic pain due to diabetic neuropathy. It is a temporary device worn for up to 20 days, and implanted in an office or outpatient setting.
