Olivia Branch is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist. In May of 2023, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science (HPEX) with a concentration in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has worked alongside strength and conditioning coaches, in an exercise physiology research lab, and spent over a year as physical therapist technician. As a PT technician, she worked mostly on post-surgical therapy for the lower extremities. Olivia has experience working with all ages however, she has a special interest in working with the geriatric population. Her method of care focuses on maintaining and/or improving quality of life for her patients through exercise. She views movement as a therapeutic tool both mentally and physically. When she is not working, Olivia loves to spend time with family and friends, as well as quality time outdoors. Her favorite form of exercise is outdoor jogging, followed by tumbling, and weightlifting.
